Wilson Hill Returns to Sanctuary June 7

Wilson Hill Returns to Sanctuary Sunday, June 7, 2020.  Wilson Hill is excited to once again meet indoors this weekend.

The Pandemic for Covid-19 is still a reality for our community.  We want to continue to move in a safe and prayerful direction to help insure the safety of our congregation and possible visitors.  The deacons have worked on some important guidelines to accomplish this.

The following are guidelines based on discussion from deacons, prayer, precedent from sister churches & government/medical guidance:

Wilson Hill Indoor Safety Guidelines

  1. One person arrives to prop the door open. The same person closes it before service and opens/closes after service.

  2. Sit with your household.

  3. Two bench rows between households.

  4. We will limit congregational singing to 1 before and 1 after preaching. This is to limit exposure to those around you. Special singing up front is okay.

  5. No Sunday School for now. Service begins at 11am.

  6. Bathrooms available only for emergency. One at a time in bathroom. Wipe down sink, door handles, etc. as you exit.

  7. No handshakes or hugs. This one is very important!

  8. Offering plate on table by the door to drop off on the way out.

  9. No congregating inside before or after service. After service, please exit to talk/fellowship outside.

  10. Masks are okay if preferred.

  11. If you have a fever or are sick at all, we want to know about it, but please stay home until well. This does not include Tennessee allergy issues if you are sure it’s allergies.

  12. Sister Dana will continue recording service for those that cannot attend. We are also excited about this being another way to spread the good news at Wilson Hill to a wider audience.
